Over the years we have been approached with promotional ideas and plans that promise great riches, just write us a check and we will promote you and you will succeed. Who hasn’t had these promises made and when the campaign failed, did they get their check back?? NO!

We make this promise and the bottom line is, if the home doesn’t sell, you don’t pay us.

But nothing is selling so why would we work for free. Because we believe the market is going to turn around and we want to help it happen. And when is does we want your repeat business. And, we’re betting we can help get that house sold, when it does, we get paid.

Real Estate Brokers are pulling back, losing money isn’t fun and their listings show it. The photography for most listings could be better and the thought of bells and whistles that cost are not being done.

It’s been too easy, anybody can get a listing and it will sell. Not anymore… To be successfull you need to market the home, not just put it on the market. That’s where we can help. You’re the broker and and should do what you do best, get the listings and sell the property, let us do the graphics.

This may be harsh, but who would you list your home with? Broker A who takes some pretty bad pictures and puts the house in the MLS or Broker B who has the home photographed, virtual tours built and drives the buyers to that listing, Oh, and still puts it in the MLS. That’s a no-brainer.
