If you schedule us to photograph your listing you will have those great pictures for your flier to start with and you will have that un-branded tour link to include in the MLS listing (if needed we can provided the URL before the tour is published).
You will also receive the URL that points to your branded version of the virtual tour.
It’s all about marketing and your seller probably doesn’t think an ad in the local paper is what you meant when you promised ” all that marketing”.
