Are you giving the seller what you promised when they signed the listing?
Today is high tech, they expect the best from you.
If I was the listing agent –
- I would have promised them a great flier
- I would have promised them a place in the window
- I would have promised them a virtual tour
- I would have promised them a separate web site driving buyers to their property
- I would have promised them additional advertising (other then the local paper)
- I would not have promised them the moon
I would then keep my word.
