- For an additional $30.00 we do not get paid until the house sells, and if it doesn’t sell nobody owes us anything. The photo’s then revert to our control and can not be used by another listing agent.

If the listing broker leaves his brokerage and the brokerage retains the listing, then the brokerage is under the same obligation to pay us, as the agreement is part of the listing.
If the listing broker leaves his brokerage and re lists the property as an independent or with a new brokerage they must obtain a new agreement with us to use the photos (same as the original agreement and attached to the new listing).
