A good picture is one that accurately represents the property, home or room in as attractive and appealing fashion as is possible.

It’s easier to say what a good picture isn’t.

  • It isn’t out of focus..
  • It isn’t poorly lit, the inside is well lit and the view through the windows is clear and vibrant.
  • It isn’t tilted.
  • If it’s a scenic shot, the ocean doesn’t run downhill.
  • The walls don’t have crazy angles.
  • The colors are accurate

There are times it’s just not possible to get the perfect picture, but there isn’t any reason to not try.
