BUILDINGS, ROOMS, WINDOWS AND OTHER NIGHTMARES

The first impression your client has will be the most important one made.

Rooms have windows with views. The trouble is if you see the view in a photograph then the room is too dark. If the room is well lit, then the windows are blown out (overexposed & too bright).

Rooms also have walls and doors that all too often slant inwards or outwards, but are almost never straight up and down.

Correcting these issues is time consuming and difficult. Our solution usually entails multiple images at different exposures and lighting that are combined to create a high dynamic range image as a basis to then blend these exposures into one.

We then re-adjust the perspective to align all the walls and also crop out any unwanted elements. The three images shown here are HDR composites. Below EACH of them you will see the original images that were the foundation for the finished product.

We are not presenting those killer images you see on the web site that under went 5 hours of processing and enough work to a better homes .. cover picture. What we have posted is very close to what you can expect. We will make every effort to give you the marketing material needed to sell the property.
